My Approach

My instructional design philosophy is grounded in the belief that effective learning experiences are intentionally designed — not simply digitized. Drawing on frameworks like Fink’s Taxonomy of Significant Learning and backward design principles, I create experiences that connect learners to authentic goals, foster engagement, and produce measurable outcomes.

🎯 Learning-Centered Design

Every project starts with the learner — their needs, context, and goals — before any content or technology decisions are made.

🔄 Iterative Process

I use an iterative design process — building, testing, gathering feedback, and refining — to ensure each experience continues to improve over time.

📊 Data-Informed

I leverage data — from learner feedback, completion rates, and assessment results — to continuously evaluate and improve the learning experiences I design.
