Holly D. Landez, PMP, CETL®
Project Manager | Learning & Innovation Leader | Instructional Strategist & Designer
With over 30 years of experience leading complex technology and learning initiatives, I have grown from a classroom teacher to a district executive, driven by one consistent mission: leveraging technology to improve organizational outcomes and unlock the potential of every learner. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL®) with a Master’s degree from Lamar University, I specialize in leading cross-functional projects, driving digital transformation, and building scalable systems that support both organizational effectiveness and learner success.
My Journey
My career began in Killeen ISD, where I moved from a Computer Lab Aide to a 4th-grade teacher, and eventually into campus and district-level technology leadership. Most recently, I served as the Director of Digital Learning and Innovation at Copperas Cove ISD, where I bridged the gap between complex technical infrastructure and classroom instruction.
Whether navigating the digital transformation of 2020 or leading districtwide technology implementations, I enjoy bringing people, processes, and technology together to solve complex problems, manage change effectively, and deliver meaningful results.
Life Beyond the District
While my professional life is dedicated to innovation, my personal life is centered on family and wellness. I am a proud mother of two accomplished daughters: Rhianna (27), who is serving our community as a Registered Nurse, and Juli (24), who is currently supporting new moms as a doula.
I am happily engaged to my partner, Rick, and we enjoy staying active together. You will often find me on the pavement — distance running is my “sanity saver” and my primary way of maintaining mental and physical health. When I’m not running, I’m likely at a rock concert, fueled by the energy of live music!
