In EDLD 5305, Disruptive innovation in Education in the Digital Learning and Leading Program at Lamar University, we learned that success in leading technological change in our learning environment is directly related to how well we and our organizations are prepared. By embracing technological innovations as opportunities rather than challenges, students can proactively use those changes as catalysts to enhance their institution or district’s learning environments.
